About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, primarily located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the surrounding suburbs, but also practice in NJ (in person and via telehealth) and SC (via telehealth).

My educational background includes a Masters degree in school counseling and a certificate in Clinical Counseling that integrated Attachment theory, trauma, and Diagnosis more cohesively into the way I practice.

Areas of expertise include; anxiety and stress related disorders, grief and loss, marital conflict (communication, sex, parenting, infidelity), burnout and career transitions, addiction, trauma, adult ADHD, etc.

My theoretical frameworks include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and DBT, Attachment theory, and Existential and Reality theories. Christian Counseling also available upon request.
